Nairobi County Chief Officer for Public participation, Citizen engagement and Customer service Ms. Zipporah Mwangi today took a familiarization visit to the different departments offices within her sub-sector which include Public Participation, Public Communication and the Customer Service Centre.
Ms. Mwangi, recently reassigned to the sector from Business and Hustler opportunity, acknowledged the important milestones achieved by the sub sector in regards to achieving H.E Governor Sakaja’s manifesto of making Nairobi a city of order, hope, dignity and opportunity for all. The Chief Officer also commended the staff for their hard work, dedication and commitment to effective performance and enhancing service delivery.

I am pleased to work with a team that is dedicated and committed to contributing to the county’s development and making Nairobi a City of great opportunities. Let’s work together as a team and ensure that H.E the Governor’s Manifesto is fulfilled. “She said.
She went on to emphasize on the importance of collaboration with different stakeholders in realizing the sub-sectors objectives. “By collaborating with all stakeholders to actively support and engage in initiatives related to our sub-sector like civic education, democratic processes, good governance and delivery of essential services we aim to build a sense of community and empower our residents. “Said Ms. Mwangi.
The Chief Officer was accompanied by Ag Director Public Participation Mr. Patrick Angasa, Assistant Directors Administration Mr. Joseph Kamau, Mr. Peter Muchara and other officials from the sector.
