Nairobi, 13th March, 2023
Nairobi County Chief Officer In charge of Digital Economy and Startup sub sector, Victor Ogolla today held a consultative meeting together with County Executive Committee Member for Health, Wellness and Nutrition, Dr. Anastasia Nyalita and United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Kenya Country Office representative, Dr. Dan Okoro at Mbagathi Hospital exploring leveraging on innovation in solving emerging and critical challenges with health such as maternal and prenatal deaths among others. The two sectors, Innovation and Digital Economy (I&DE) and Health, Wellness and Nutrition will collaborate in aggregation of health data that will inform structuring of a center of excellence within the Health Sector.
In attendance was Chief Officer In charge of Medical Services, Dr. Irene Muchoki and County Officers from Health Sector.
