Mr. Brian Mulama Reassumes Role as County Executive for Talent and Skills Development and care, Following Tenure of Ms. Rosemary Kariuki

NAIROBI: Tuesday 6th August 2024.

Outgoing County Executive Committee Member for Talent Skills Development and Care, Ms. Rosemary Kariuki today handed over the Docket to her successor, Mr. Brian Mulama.  Mr. Mulama returns to familiar territory, he previously held this position following the inauguration of Governor Sakaja’s administration in 2022.

Ms. Kariuki’s tenure has been distinguished with a clear strong focus on enhancing talent development and fostering skills that are essential for the county’s growth. Under her leadership, numerous initiatives aimed at improving educational opportunities, Social services and vocational training were implemented, contributing to the overall improvement in of the county’s Early Childhood Education, Youth, Sports and Social Care.
Handover2Mr. Mulama stepping back into a role he is well-acquainted with, brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the Sector objectives and challenges. His prior experience in the docket is expected to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of the programs and projects initiated by Ms. Kariuki.
Handover6Governor Sakaja’s administration has consistently emphasized on the importance of talent and skills development as a cornerstone for economic development and social progress, with Mr. Mulama at the helm once again, there is a renewed optimism about the Sectors future endeavors and its ability to build on the foundation laid by his predecessor.
