Today H.E Governor Johnson Sakaja and his Deputy H.E Njoroge Muchiri graced the Hilton Square where the Customer Service week celebrations have been ongoing since Monday.
While touring the stands set up by different departments H.E the Governor encouraged County staff to embrace this week as a way of providing valuable insights into their operations and initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
The Governor was not only treated to some entertainment by the County Choir but he also planted a tree to mark the official launch of the week’s long celebrations that will go on up until Friday.
Governor Sakaja was welcomed by County Executive Committee Member for Inclusivity Public participation and customer service Ms. Rosemary Kariuki accompanied by County Chief Officers including Ms. Zipporah Mwangi, Mr. Tony Kimani, Ms. Maryam Dahir, Ms. Janet Opiata and Ms. Lydia Mathia.
