Newly appointed Ag. Nairobi County Secretary, Mr. Godfrey Akumali, this morning officially took over from former Acting County Secretary Patrick Analo.
The handover was witnessed by several Directors in the County Secretary’s office.
“I most sincerely wish to thank Governor Sakaja Johnson for the trust and confidence he bestowed upon me so much to have appointed me to serve as County Secretary over the last one year & and a couple of months. It is a position I served with lots of honour, commitment & dedication every day. Words cannot be enough to describe the appreciation and humility.” Said the outgoing Ag. County Secretary.
Mr. Godfrey Akumali, who hit the road running, last promised to ensure continuity in his new assignment. “I am grateful to H.E, the Governor of this great city, Hon. Sakaja Johnson for entrusting me with this responsibility. I will ensure I serve to the best of my ability. I also look forward to ensuring the county government delivers its mandate to Nairobi residents. Service delivery and efficiency will be one of my key deliverables.”
