As Nairobi continues to evolve, the Customer Service Center stands as a testament to the city’s dedication to fostering a responsive, accessible, and respectful environment for every citizen.
County Chief Officer in charge of Public participation, Citizen engagement and Customer Service Ms. Zipporah Mwangi reiterated these sentiments as she was getting acquainted with the operations that take place at the Customer Service Centre.
The Chief Officer said, “The Customer Service Center was established to address the growing needs of Nairobi’s diverse population with greater efficiency and compassion. Our aim is to ensure that every resident receives the support they need with respect and promptness. I am glad to see that Customer Service has created a streamlined and efficient system designed to address the diverse needs of residents.”
The Chief Officer also said that top of her priorities was to address some of the challenges that can affect overall efficiency like slow internet speeds that leads to delays in accessing and updating information.
