Following the recent reshuffle of County Executive Committee Members and County Chief Officers by the Nairobi City County Governor Johnson Sakaja, outgoing County Chief Officer for Business and Hustler Opportunities, Ms. Zipporah Mwangi, today handed over the docket to the incoming County Chief Officer for the Sub-Sector, Mr. Boniface Nyamu, who transitions from Mobility.
“I thank Governor Sakaja for the opportunity to continue serving the people of Nairobi and I promise to propel the Sub-Sector to greater levels with the support of the staff,” said Nyamu.
Ms. Mwangi takes over from Ms. Lydiah Mathia at the Public Participation, Citizen Engagement, and Customer Service Sub-Sector said, “I thank the various departmental heads present for their support during my tenure and urge you to accord Chief Nyamu the same.”
The County Chief Officers accompanied by the new Chief Officer for Housing and Urban renewal, Ms. Lydiah Mathia, pledged to continue offering services to Nairobi residents in their new sectors and ensure Nairobi becomes the City of Order, Hope, Dignity, and Opportunities for All, as stipulated in Governor Sakaja’s Manifesto.
