Chief Officer for Revenue Administration, Wilson Gakuya has noted a remarkable progress made to Nairobi Revenue Authority offices that will be housed at Pension Towers.
Mr. Gakuya spoke when he visited Pension Towers together with the Nairobi Revenue Authority board members to assess the progress of the office construction, whose completion will be mid-month of March 2024.
During the inspection, Mr. Gakuya stated, “Nairobi Revenue Authority (NRA) is a semi-autonomous county entity that is expected to give a fresh breath to revenue mobilization agenda. The county is committed to ensuring NRA is fully operational. The board members are in place, and the next step will be recruitment of the County Revenue Administrator (CEO) by the Board”.
Mr. Gakuya also lauded H.E. the Governor for his selfless leadership, as evidenced by prioritizing establishment of the NRA offices.
Accompanying him was Ag. Director Revenue, Dr. John Ntoiti and Head of Revenue, Nixon Otieno.
