Nairobi County Executive Committee Member for Inclusivity, Public participation and customer service Dr. Anastasia Nyalita today awarded Certificates to county staff who Successfully underwent training on Rapid Result Initiative on matters sustainability and governance, Public and cooperate speaking, customer service and office etiquette.
The training which took place on the 17th of November 2023 was as a result of the County’s partnership with Village Market, United disabled persons of Kenya and Civic Voices in joint efforts to ensure that the trainees are well knowledgeable on customer service, inclusive communication and report writing. About 60 County staff from the Inclusivity, boroughs and finance Sector participated in the training.
The County Executive was accompanied by Director public participation and Citizen engagement Patrick Angasa, Joseph Kamau ADAs for the Sector and other Stakeholders that facilitated the training.
