This morning Nairobi Deputy Governor, Njoroge Muchiri (L) was paid a courtesy call by Mandera Deputy Governor, Dr. Ali Maalim. Discussions evolved around enhancement of mutual relationships between the two counties.
The Mandera Deputy Governor was accompanied by Siyad Hassan and Abdulkadir Sheikh.
