This afternoon the Ag. County Secretary Mr. Leboo Ole Morintat on behalf of H. E Governor Mike Sonko together with the County Executive Committee members Mr.Newton Munene, Pauline Kahiga, Dr. Hitan Majevdia, Mr. Mohammed Dagane and Chief Officers Dr. Mak Odingo, Mr. Peter Mukenya, Eng. Muthama and Mr. Tom Tinega received Governor Tunai of Narok County who was accompanied by his CECs and businessmen who ply the Narok Route from Nairobi.
H.E Governor Tunai has appealed H. E Governor Sonko to give matatus plying to Narok a parking stage at Nyamakima.
At this juncture Ag. County Secretary Mr. Leboo Ole Morintat directed the Director in Charge Car Parks to seat with the Matatu Saccos that were represented inorder to forge a way of operating on the stage that is already allocated.
This visit portrayed a cordial working relationship between the two Counties. It is therefore important to note that Nairobi and Narok County are intertwined because majority of the foreigners who visit Maasai Mara pass through Nairobi.
