The Customer Service Sub sector was initiated in February 2023 through Governor Sakaja Executive Order No.1 of December 2022.
Thus the Sector Inclusivity, Public Participation, Citizen Engagement and Customer Service was formed.
Nairobi County Customer Service works with collaboration of Ombudsman and other regulatory entities to ensure that the SDGs of Vision 2030 are upheld. For example SDG 16 In the context of Customer Service it involves ensuring fair treatment, addressing customer grievances promptly and efficiently, and upholding customer rights.
The Ombudsman act entails” Haki Kwa Mnyonge” we in Customer Service respect the sovereignty of all people.. And adhere to the mandatory rule of giving feedback to a Customer within 72 Hours.
