Speaking during the closing session, Nairobi County Chief Officer, Public Service Management, Simon Morintat delivered, H.E the Deputy Governor and Acting Governor, Ann Kananu remarks.
Said H. E “This exercise marked another historical moment for Nairobi County. It is now close to seven (7) years since inception of the Nairobi City County Government and we have made remarkable progress. We are in the second Devolution Chapter in Kenya; Nairobi County has taken off towards rejuvenating/re-engineering service delivery from the onset of our new administration it is abundantly clear that there is a paradigm shift. This means we have to change the way we do things to a more meticulous approach.”
