Nairobi status in business and investment has improved
Nairobi Governor Dr Evans Kidero 1st December, 2016 said that the status of the capital city has tremendously improved in terms of business and investment in the last four years.
The Governor was Speaking at the Maximum Miracle Centre on Latema road, where he urged Nairobians to be responsible citizens and help the county government to effectively deliver services. Dr Kidero urged the church to pray for unity and cohesiveness as the country approaches election in 2017. He also urged residents to elect responsible and God fearing leaders.

"Nairobi has by far become Africa's first destination for investors and tourists overtaking South Africa's capital Johannesburg. Nairobi stands a better chance now to compete with the rest of the world," said Kidero.
The Governor said that the County government is putting in place the necessary mechanisms to ensure that there is adequate access to water, but warned against wastage,
" I know we still have a big problem with water provision in the City. We continue to make efforts to ensure this improves," said the Governor while further urging City residents to be responsible with payment of water bills and good usage of water resources.
