First Lady Primrose Mbuvi visits the "rescued" children

H. E  the First Lady Nairobi County Government Primrose Mbuvi  19th February 2018 visited the  97 street children who were recently rescued by the County officers and enrolled at Morrison Primary school, Bahati, Kamukunji Sub County.
The First Lady encouraged the children to focus on their education and urged the management of the school to help the children to adopt to the new environment. 
"About 22 other children are still undergoing psycho-changes at different children centres and will also be registered to learning institutions. We will continue to create better structures and environment to ensure that all children are given an opportunity to learn," said  Mrs Mbuvi.
Accompanying the First Lady was the County Executive Committee Member in charge of Education, Youth, Gender, Culture, Sports and Social Services Janet M Ouko.
